Linda Squires Crop Insurance Agency is a second-generation, family owned and operated business
located in California’s Central Valley. Agriculture is near and dear to Linda. She knows from
firsthand experience how important it is to protect growers’ investment in their crops.
Her agency’s
mission is simple: protect agriculture through crop insurance.
Linda took her love of farming to college while pursuing a degree at CSU Stanislaus, Turlock. While attending college, she worked part-time with her father Dwayne’s crop insurance agency, learning even more about the practical application of crop insurance.
When Linda’s father retired in 2012, she took over the family business and continued to build on her father’s 30 years of experience.
Linda has a deep understanding of Federal Crop Insurance, derived in part from her work with American AgCredit. Just as importantly, she knows farming because she is a farmer.
Linda grew up grading peaches on her grandparent’s ranch in the hot, itchy, uncomfortable summers for six years and drove tractor hauling loads out of the field at harvest time. Now she and her husband Martin own 400 acres of corn, oats, alfalfa, beans, and sudan crops. She still drives a tractor occasionally when Martin needs a little extra help.
The Squires Crop Insurance motto speaks for itself:
“No farm is too small or too large. We handle and treat them all like family.”
